[No internet/Extremely slow internet speed]

Hi,

For the last month, our home internet has been incredibly unstable. We will suddenly have no internet or can't even load a single page without minuets of waiting. (using speed test it's either cannot connect to modem or the internet speed is 1M).

We tried the usual methods in the FAQ on restart which temporarily solved the issue, but we need to do it multiple times a day and it's definitely not normal. We are all working from home and it's affecting our life!

Reached out to the customer service and they said it's a technical issue, but they never successfully transferred me to the right agent after an hour in line... Been using fizz for years without issue and we didn't change any usage. How will Fizz fix this issue?

    There is no much we can do here. It's better to contact the customer support

    If you have already tried the recommendations from FAQ, then you need to contact customer support. We are all users here.
