You need to add a visual voicemail on your fizz plan
Therefore, you need to modify your plan, when you add the voicemail on your fizz plan, then you will have the possibility to use the iPhone's voicemail.
You can change your plan at anytime (before the last 4,5 days before your payment cycle) by loging into your account. Although, the changes you make will only take effect at the beginning of your next payment cycle.
To change your plan:
Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
Scroll to the plan you wish to change.
Click on Manage > Adjust your plan.
Use the Plan Wizard to adjust your data, minutes, texts and Calling Options (international calls and voicemail).
As you adjust your plan details, you will see your new monthly fee in the box below.
When you like what you see, click Save Changes.
Changes take effect at the start of your next payment cycle.
Important – Any change to your plan must be made in accordance with the plan change policy detailed on https://fizz.ca/en/plan-change-policy.

Hello! You take a plan that include voicemail. Then, go to your phone parameters and type voicemail to program it as you like. Hope it helped!
