Setting Message

I have a text message on my phone which appeared to me, it is from Fizz and it says 'Setting Message'. Reading slightly below the title it is written 'FIZZ Internet' and then below this it gives me the option to press the 'install' button. I have selected to install and now I am wondering what it did exactly and if this message is new beginning from now with plans.

    It seems the APN configuration, Fizz send this message with the information to auto configure the APN
