Depends on your needs. If you will not be using a lot of data/texts then "pay as you go" otherwise buy a "travel add-on".

In most of the European countries mobile plans are way cheaper than year so if you are looking for the less expensive solution is way better to buy a sim from a local carrier. They will easily give you 50GB for less than 10 euros
