Hi

I'm leaving for 2 weeks in vacation in France, can i use the regular data that i'm using in Montreal ? or i need to purchase holidays data ?

    You have to buy an add-on, which is quite expensive. Take into account that in France mobile plans are way cheaper than here in Canada, so you are better off buying a SIM card with a local carrier, even if just for a couple of weeks!

    Hi @simonpineau

    Non you cannot use the data that you have in your plan, that data can be used in your coverage zone, which can be Quebec ou Canada ou Canada/USA depends from your plan.

    In order to have data abroad, you have 3 options :D

    • Use free wifi :D
    • buy an addon for europe, however, you should know that this will be activated right away, and they have an expiration date
    • Put money in your Fizz wallet, this can be refund if you don't use all, however, it is more expensive

    Agree, to buy a local SIM card will be cheaper.
