a travel add-on
or money in your wallet
I’m travelling outside my coverage area. What are my options?

You have to buy an add-on, which is quite expensive. Take into account that in France mobile plans are way cheaper than here in Canada, so you are better off buying a SIM card with a local carrier, even if just for a couple of weeks!

Hi @simonpineau
Non you cannot use the data that you have in your plan, that data can be used in your coverage zone, which can be Quebec ou Canada ou Canada/USA depends from your plan.
In order to have data abroad, you have 3 options :D
- Use free wifi :D
- buy an addon for europe, however, you should know that this will be activated right away, and they have an expiration date
- Put money in your Fizz wallet, this can be refund if you don't use all, however, it is more expensive

Agree, to buy a local SIM card will be cheaper.
