Getting Charged for 2 plans???
I tried upgrading my plan to 400 Mbps after receiving an email about a special plan.
I went for it but it actually made 2 plans for me for the same address.
So, I tried installing the 400 Mbps modem and cancel my current plan for 200mbps. The 400mbps modem didn't work and I tried getting someone to fix it.
In the meantime, I've been getting charged for 2 plans. How is this my fault?
1. Fizz contacted a current customer and mislead them to acquire a 2nd plan
2. Fizz failed to deliver a technician
3. Fizz is charging 2 plans for a customer for the same address - this is completely unfair.
How is it even RIGHT to charge a customer for services they aren't able to use??

This is strange since you order a new plan and you didn’t follow the plan modification procedure

Hi
I agree with you Fizz should not allow having two plans on the same address.
And this was not possible in the past, and it should not be possible. But only the support can look on it as users we don't have any information
The procedure was this one
How to change your plan:
- Log into your account and go to Manage.
- Click on Adjust plan.
- Here you will be able to choose the speed that’s perfect for your needs.
- Which speed should I choose?
- As you adjust your plan, your new monthly fee will be displayed below.
- When you’re happy with your adjustments and monthly fee, click Save.
- These changes (and fee) will take effect at the start of your next payment cycle.
