Referral did not get her rebate

My referral member paid her 2nd payment but did not get her 25$ rebate after I referred her to the internet service from Fizz. I checked in my statement and I got my rebate. How come she didn’t get hers? I understood that the rebate would be automatically deducted from her 2nd payment or is it going to be on the next payment? (See pic below)

It will be earned at the 2nd payment and apply to the 3rd

She can check from her account go under My benefizz > My crew > Referral bonuses.

She did her 2nd payment and the referral $ will be applied on her 3rd payment.
