Ticket for reimbursement
I opened a ticket for reimbursement for the days I had no Internet, but it seems the customer service misunderstands, he thought I still have no Internet and send the ticket to technical group. Should I use bubble chat or I wait for the news? I don't want to wait until the request expires (15 days after the day Internet service comes back). In plus, where can I find the credit in my account?Thanks for any suggestions.

You should use bubble chat right away. You should be able to find the credit in: parameter/transactions history
