My next payment cycle is on 7th of July

I have just made plan to go to USA on 1st July and come back on 8th. It does not let me to change my plan to be activated before 7 July. But i really need it between 1-7 July

Is there any way to make it happen rather than buying a new sim card and a line?

    To consider: wallet vs add-ons

Your Wallet is where you deposit and store money to cover Pay As You Go minutes, texts, minutes for international calls and roaming. Simply use your credit card to add funds to your wallet, ...keep money in your wallet as a backup in case you deplete your monthly plan.

    Vs

Add-Ons are useful if you’re running low on monthly data or minutes, or if you want to add a feature, such as international calling, that’s not part of your current monthly plan.

Buy an Add-On when you need more data, minutes, text or minutes for international call coverage than your current monthly plan allows. Add-Ons take effect immediately. ( And they expire!!!

They’re valid until the end of your next payment cycle. In other words, if there are 10 days left on your current payment cycle, your Add-On will be valid for approximately 40 days

The real different is, if you plan to use extensively, you should buy an add-on if you plan to have as a backup you should consider the Fizz wallet.

Why? Because the using the wallet is more expensive, but it can be refund it. The add-on is cheaper, but you lose it if you don't use it.

Not it is up to you to pick the right option, checking the price below, not easy one

For example, you but the add-on for the calls, but you are using only 10 minutes, this will cost 3$, if you are using the money in your wallet it will cost 1$

On the other hand, if you consider using a lot, but really

Probably you will better off buy a new SIM and activate a plan for a month, and forward your call from your real number to this one https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-set-up-call-forwarding

Or taking only the data, and use an app like fongo, textnow, still forward the calls but saying to the other parties, call you back in X minutes, when you will find a wifi spot

Then, if your end result is to reduce the money spent, you will have plenty of options

If your end result to be able to use extensively your phone, a new SIM probably will be the right option
