Is it better to subscribe to a new plan then later cancel current subscription if moving?

Hi @Tarek
it is better to use the moving procedure, since you can plan your appointment, you bring your modem, and if there is a functional coaxial cable you can connect it right away. But you still need the tech to check and validate that everything is working correctly.

If you will create an additional plan on the same account you will not lose your perks and benefits.

Yes you will lose your perks if you cancel your actual plan.

It's better to keep you perks and benefits, then to start at zero

It's possible to have multiple plans on the same account. So if @Tarek will create an additional plan and after cancel his old plan, he will not lose his bonuses associated with his account.
