If newly moved to Fizz internet and have problem with Fizz modem
If newly moved to Fizz internet and have problem with Fizz modem, one possibility is the service of old ISP is not terminated, but this is not concluded, because I cannot see why there is conflict between the signals of each ISP, as you can watch TV and surf Internet with the same cable. But, you can try cancel the service of the old ISP the day or before activated the Fizz modem. If fact, Fizz modem is very easy to install and configure.

Can you try to turn off all the devices from the old provider?
Do you have a splitter? A splitter attenuates your signal. Therefore, if you have a splitter and a borderline signal, this can create a problem.

I tried turn off all the devices from the old provider and let Fizz modem connected all night, but still have problem. But when the service of old provider ended, the Fizz modem woke up and work well.

Thank you for sharing, I didn't know
I was hoping when all the devices were turned off and disconnected everything was working correctly, but it seems that it was not the case for you.

In fact, this is not really a question but a lesson. When I activated Fizz modem, I still have old provider service for a smooth transfer, but Fizz modem had problem of connecting to Fizz reseau. When old provider service ended, all is OK for Fizz modem.

No, I planned to cancel the other provider after all is ok with Fizz for eviting the lack of Internet during transfer.
