I understand your perplexity, since Samsung has 2 model, the 12 and the 16Gb https://www.samsung.com/levant/smartphones/galaxy-s21-ultra-5g/specs/

Personally I will trust Fizz, otherwise I don't see why you want to buy a mobile from them, and you question their configuration.
