Sometime a reboot or put the phone in airplan mode for 30 second can help to re-register the phone.
If you still have problems you can try to change the network operator to Fizz ext and after 30 second go back to Fizz
The steps for enabling your device to automatically select a network varies depending on the type of phone. Here are two examples:
Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz
iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz
