Hey guys, is it possible to activate another number on the same acct I have now? So initially, i deactivated the nimber when I ported my number from another company to Fizz. When I login my acct, I see re-activate number? Will i lose my number now if I activate this on the same sim card?

    hi @SkyHigh88

Yes you can have multiple plan on the same account, each plan has exactly one number

in order to reactivate an account you need a Fizz sim not associated with any active plan

the plan must be closed for no more the 60 days

    Hi @SkyHigh88

Do you already have a SIM card?
    1. How to reactivate your Fizz account when you have a SIM card:
    2. Go to the Reactivate page and log into your account.
    3. Review or adjust your plan details and click Confirm.
    4. Verify your phone number (if you are reactivating within 60 days) or select a new phone number. Learn more about changing your phone number
    5. Review your addresses and plan details, then click Submit.
    6. You go to the payment interface to pay for the first month of your new plan.

If you want to use the same SIM, you need to close the actual plan, wait that the plan is closed and only then you can use the same SIM.

Then, if you really want to reactivate the account, that was closed for no more than 60 days you need a new SIM https://fizz.ca/en/prtnr/sim-card, and you will end up with 2 active plan (1 SIM is 1 number)

    Hopefully is clear
