I can't activate my sim card
Hello, I am a foreign visitor and recently bought a sim from a kiosk. I have wanted to activate it since yesterday morning (April 12) and it does not accept any form of payment. My banks tell me that they don't have problems, technical support directs me to the bank... Has anyone experienced the same thing? Did you have a solution?

Yes Fizz doesn't accept the payment with foreign credit card
To pay for your Fizz plans, you can use:
A Visa or Mastercard credit card
A prepaid Visa or Mastercard
A Debit Mastercard or Visa Debit card
Only one-off payments are accepted with Vanilla prepaid cards
You CANNOT use:
American Express (Amex), Dinners and others credit cards
A debit card (except a Debit Mastercard or Visa Debit card)
A foreign credit/debit card

However, this is a possible solution for the first month, you can buy a Vanilla prepaid card, this can be found, for example, in the Jean Coutu Pharmacie
If you are planning to stay for more than a month, your second month will not be covered by the one-time payment option.
Also if you stay form more than a month, you should consider using a referral code during plan activation, which will provide you with a $25 credit on your second payment. What error do you have? I used in the past without any issue
