I still don’t have internet after 3 days
i have no way of knowing when I’m getting my internet back. Everyone else around have internet but I don’t. Dave m trying to get feedback from fizz/Vidéotron but nothing other than there is an issue in my area and that they are doing everything they can to solve the issue….Sorry but that is not enough! We should be able to know if our internet service is or will be down and when we can expect a return to Normal. Bell does it! Maybe it’s time for me to change internet provider 🤬

Your neighbours are using videotron?
If it is the case the problem must be a broken cable near your residence.
The customer service are busy :( it will be difficult to get in contact with them

I would go to settings and open a ticket and contact customer service maybe they can find a solution to compensate you
