How can I report my internet down?
I cannot find a way to report my internet down. the generic statement that there are some problems is completely useless. how can I make sure that my issue is already reported and being worked on?

The customer service agent are overwhelmed with all the requests, you can leave a message on facebook
But the cable is the same of videotron, therefore, for sure someone else already signal de problem.
You can chat in direct
• Sign into your account
• Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

Login to your account, go to
Settings -> Contact forms -> Submit a complaint

with the ice, power and internet cuts, you have to be patient

I would submit a complaint and open a ticket with customer service :) this can be done by going into settings

Sometimes screenshots can help (screenshots makes for less data footprint)
Open the Fizz app,
Click: Settings, Contact forms, choose a subject, submit a compliment , additional information field ( in here you can also attach a file must be a jpeg or pdf and smaller than 5MB. )

There are many cables damaged by the storm, so I think your problem is related to that. You can try chatting with the support, but they are overwhelmed, so you will have to wait for a long time. Prepare yourself with a lot of patience.
