internet issue

Hello, i had my electricity back this morning with the internet too.

but 6hours later i just lost internet but still have eletricity.

So i don t really understand why if it came back after all the issue and was fix

    I am pretty sure that in your sector there are also cutted videotron cables.

    Please take into consideration that the cable repair takes time, not all the problems are the same. Sometime they need the power to discover that the cable in broken somewhere else.

    The customer service agent are overwhelmed with all the requests


    If I can suggest, please be patient they are working very hard to repair all the damage
