After power outage my modem is not getting back online

My modem does not seems to connecting back online after power outage. I have already tried coupon of time to power off and reboot but non worked

    Hi @Ajaykumar

    Perhaps they haven't resolved the cable issue yet. It's possible that a Videotron cable is also damaged, and the technician hasn't had the chance to fix it yet. I understand that you may not want to hear this, but it may be necessary to exercise some patience for a little longer.

    My home Internet is not stable as well. It connects for couple of hours and disconnects again.

    Taking into consideration the current situation after the freezing rain, is understandable and need to be patient. A lot of other people still have no electricity not talking about Internet.
