Can you put money into a wallet if you only have internet
I do not have a mobile plan. I followed the instructions on Fizz to find the wallet and put money into it, but I can not find it despite following the intersections. I only have an internet plan. Is this why I can not find a wallet and put money into it?

before the fizz mobile plan was expensive 20 go was $82 it's not been long since at fizz the mobile plan is cheaper than the others it has always been more expensive
