Cannot call/text/internet anymore
Hi there, I have a ticket opened 224633 or 224624 about number port problem. Thing is until this morning I could call/text and surf on 3G but not anymore, I get a No Service on the SIM. Which is a HUGE problem as I need to access my phone at least to call or text today.
I understand the problem but I need to know what is going on on the support side, if possible when the problem will be resolved, or if I can ask to delete the broken mobile plan, get refunded and get another one today (I got charged for a plan that does not work).
I got an email to change my number but all I have had is a Invalid Order message error. I am happy to change my number if it fixes the problem.
Please I need to communicate with someone on the support thanks (I have had no luck on the chat).

Oh I see, that's a possibility indeed. Though the underlining issue is not as it was escalated no later than yesterday morning. I can only wait for the support team with my ticket but I need to get this mobile plan working asap.

One thing I dont understand is my plan is deactivated but I got charged for it! So why I was not refunded. If it was the case I would be happy to get another plan (and change this number that triggered the error on the first place). But I don't want to pay again for another plan without getting my money back first. It seems dodgy.

I get there are people with the same problem as I do. I hope my issue will be solved when the service is back. I will check on the service status and be patient.

they think it’s just the tower for now because of the storm and will wait for service until Sunday the latest (when hydro is suppose to fix it)

I changed over to another mobile provider. I asked for the cancellation and reimbursement of the plan. The problem is not caused by the weather. I have no problem with Virgin and my bro uses Fizz without hurdle.
