How to add a phone to the list on my Fizz account?
I recently bought a phone from Fizz (in Feb if I'm not wrong) but I'm not using it at the moment. However, in the list of My Phones on Fizz account it's the only one that appears, together with a very old phone I am not using anymore. The one I am currently using it it's not there since Feb (when I bought that one). Is there a way to manually add it or to automatically trigger its addition? Thanks

It is automatic, last time took a month or two to see the right phone for me

not normal better to contact the support to open a ticket

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

Thank you @Sébastien code ZXEL1 , but I don't think I will open a ticket for that! It doesn't bother me that much!
