Hi,

I changed my internet plan from 60 to 30 for 35$/month. And I have a 6$ rebate (3x2$), then I received the new bill for my plan and it says 40.24$. It should only be 33.35$

35 - 6 = 29 + taxes = 33.35$ ish

For now, I pay 44.48$ which makes total sense

45$ - 6 = 39 + taxes = 44.48$

Does anyone know what is going on, I checked out and my rebates are still active didn't change anything there.

Thanks in advance

For anyone having the same question, this is what Support told me:

Thank you for your patience. I have verified the plan change and the upcoming payment information. The price of 40.24$ with the taxes included is the normal price for the plan before the rebates of 6$. When you will have the first payment taken of 40,24$, than the 6$ rebates will be applied reducing the price and the payment. The email you received it automatic so the system that made the calculations did not make them based on the upgrades you have on the plan, these will be visible on the payment when the actual payment is taken. The rebates cannot be applied to the plan before the payment is taken.
