Requesting a paper bill for senior above 65 who is in unable to use online technologies - Please provide accessibility for seniors, they should be have the right to have paper bills.

Fizz is a low cost internet/mobile plan provider with it’s pros and cons. Low prices are off course welcome by users but on the downside, you have to be able to do everything online. If it’s a problem for you, which I understand, maybe you should ask for someone you know to help you or, in last resort, look for another provider who will be able to help you with this matter. I hope you don’t think I’m too rude!! Cause it was not my intention at all…
