Why can’t I make phone calls from Florida although I have the Canada USA package?

    This can be because you don't have a VoLTE SIM card, or because you became a mobile member BEFORE March 16, 2022.

    If you subscribe after March 16, 2022, check if your provider is configured in automatic, you can also try to pick a T-Mobile operator to configure it in manual.

    If you became a mobile member before March 16, 2022, you can try to configure your phone in 2G mode, this will block the use of data, but you should be able to make a call
