Unsubscribe from a plan

I was considering unsubscribing since I have to accumulate enough funds for another month of a Fizz plan with minutes included and I was unable to since the unsubscribe button is disabled. Does anyone know how to unsubscribe and can a community member confirm wether this means losing or changing your phone number?

    Go to My plans -> Manage my plan -> Unsubscribe

    You can not change your plan 4.5 days before your next billing cycle starts. After you unsubscribe your phone number will be still available for 60 days in case you change your mind.
