Why even after quitte fizz my accout is still active

Hi ! i want to know if somenbody has the same experience then me! after changed a provider i still has my account active ! why is this!!!/??? why my account is not closed? thanks for answer

After you cancel your plan, you will still have access to your Fizz account. All information about your plan — including your transaction history and payments — will be kept for three years.

In theory it's supposed to be closed after 3 months. In reality they don't.
