What is the installation process for home internet?
I am currently with the company Virgin Mobile for my home internet. When they did their installation, they put a white cable on the wall with metal pins that connects to two spots. I was wondering if you use the same method of installation and if you will take it out before putting yours. I will cancel my membership with them as soon as I know this.

If you don't have one, a Fizz technician will install a coax cable where you want and he will leave you a box containing the modem. It's very easy to install. Fizz is using the coaxial cable (traditional TV cable)
If you have the same now, they can use the existing one, they will just connect it to their equipment.

It seems that with virgin mobile you have the FTTH (fiber to the home), that's why they pass the white cable. that's a different technology that fizz coaxial cable.
Do you have in your house the videotron coaxial cable?
