Calls in US With VoLTE SIM

I upgraded my SIM card to the new VoLTE one and checked that I have a compatible phone. That seems to be all that is required based on the FAQ page about the transition, but I am still not able to make or receive calls while in the US.

Is there another step that I am missing? I do have the Canada & US plan, so it should be in my coverage area.

In you joined Fizz before March 16, 2022 VoLTE is not activated for you yet:

As a workaround you can activate 2G in the settings of your phone and try to connect to T-Mobile. Hope this helps.

Do you have the last system update/Android/IOS version that supports VoLTE?
