Reactivate plan
I deactivated my plan and now I am following the steps outlined because I wish to reactivate it. First I navigate to Solution Hub, then I click the reactivate button and afterwards another page comes up with my SIM activation code. This is where I am not sure how to proceed, what do I do with this activation code and which other page if any do I need to navigate to? I was hoping a community member could help me by explaining in more detail.

If you reactivate your plan whit a new account you can use a referral code and get $25.
For that you just need another email adress

Just check if the activation code is on your SIM card, if it's not then contact customer support.
