Fizz levels and points

I was thinking about canceling or unsubscribing it is called, for a month and then continuing although I read that this way I lose all my Fizz points. Seeing as I am currently somewhere between 700-800 points, I am unsure whether it would be better for me to wait until I reach level two. Also I wish to ask the community, as a Fizz user will I keep my levels attained when ever I chose to unsubscribe.

    Hi

This is what Fizz say if you unsubscribe

    1. If this plan is the only one you have with Fizz, unsubscribing means you will lose your My Rewards points as well as referral bonuses you may have earned during your time with us.

As I understand you want to cancel your mobile plan for a month. As an alternative, you can change it to the minimum, which is 12$ for that month and adjust it afterwards according to your needs.
