I received my sim card and activated it 4 days ago and the number transfer is still pending.
I have never received a texto from my actual phone company, confirming the transfering of my phone number to Fizz, and when I called my company, they said they have never received a demand to transfer my number to Fizz even though I did all the procedure to transfer the number 4 days ago... Is there a reason it's taking so long?
I would like to try again, to ask again for a number transfer, but since it's written activation pending, I don't have that option. What should I do to transfer my number and activate my account?
