Received fraud texto after sharing my phone number to a person impersonating my boss

Hi, I just share my phone number to a person I though was my boss but was a fraud. What do I do?

    If you shared only your phone number you cannot do anything.

    If the bother you, you can always change number.

    You can also forward that SMS to 7726, which is Spam report.

    You can also block any subsequent calls from reaching you as well through your phone app.

    Be alert to all calls and text messages you receive: if you receive calls or messages from people claiming to be employers, credit services, etc,


    Share your information carefully: be aware of who you are sharing your information with and do not give your information to people you do not know or to websites that are not secure.
