It is not always possible to activate VoLTE on a cell phone, even if the device is VoLTE enabled, it also depends on the configuration and its settings.
I would advise you to check with Fizz customer service to see if it is possible to activate VoLTE on your device or if there are alternative solutions to improve your call quality using Fizz.0

for old customers even with new volte sim, calls works on 3g network. and check phone on the fizz list. i read that will be an update .0
