Installation appointment really needed ?
I just subscribed to the 200Mbps offer. My Videotron (Helix + coax) subscription ends a few days after my appointment with Fizz.
I am a bit confused with the appointment that's planned for my activation. I selected the self-installation during my order and considering I already have a working coaxial line at home I was wondering if the appointment was really needed or if it could just be done on the phone.
I contacted Fizz but had no response yet.
