Yes that means that you bought 2 addons of 1Gb each.

For the wallet, I cannot answer, you have couples of options

• check the data usage of data in your account and in the phone
• Wait next billing cycle and check the usage detail (Your plan -> Manage -> Data usage report)
• contact the support
