I don't want my phone to say which region if from when I call someone. Is that possible?

    I don’t think your phone shares this information with numbers you call. It’s easy to figure out phone number’s origin using its country code and regional code.

    the only thing you could do is disable your caller id, so people won’t see your number.

    Sorry I believe that I didn't catch your question, but if you are talking about the message when you are outside your region, add +1 to your number
