Hi,

First time signing up on here, I've been on a budget to get a new iphone upgrade and come across the iphone 13 pro on here for a good price, I thought i'd grab one paid outright.

But I read that any 'rebate' applied forces you to stay with fizz a certain amount of time, however this is simply buying a used phone outright, do I have to stay with fizz or can I carry on and keep the phone?

i dont usually buy used phones so i'm giving them a chance for once, please let me know if there is any comittement to this so I can cancel because i'm not looking for any contracts

Yes if you buy a phone with Fizz with a rebate you have the obligation to stay or pay the rebate, here you find all the information https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-promotional-rebates-offered-some-phones-sold-fizz-work

If you bring your own phone or you buy one without the discount, you don't have this commitment.
