Hey! If I re adjust my mobile plan, will I lose all my perks? ( don't wanna lose my data perks..)

    Hi, unfortunately I believe that for a change of plan, you will lose your price from the beginning but not your other privileges.

    Fizz had clearly indicated by email that ''as long as you keep your preferential package from the start, you will benefit from the same rate''. Normally there's a little note letting you know when you try to change plans. This is not the case however for other changes like additions, change of address, perks, etc.

    You can ask customer service to be sure. Go to this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues

    and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble with a question mark, to your right, click on it and then another click. You can chat with support. The "login" page may open to enter your account. Chat is the faster way.

    You keep your perks as far as I can tell. I've changed my internet plan, for example, and I kept the same perks.

    Exactly what @E S. says. Only price of the plan will change, all the rewards remain intact.
