Why does my internet keep getting "paused"

Only on my cell phone and my laptop occasionally the internet will disconnect and say "sign in required for wifi" but when you click to sign in, it only says "paused" on the screen and I am unable to connect.

By any chance did you (or anyone else at home) installed Fizz Wi-Fi application? If yes, check if you (or someone) paused your devices in that application.

Hi, restart your modem, it might help make the connection stable.

Unplug the power cable on your Wi-Fi modem.

Make sure all the lights on the modem are off once you have unplugged it.

Wait ten (10) seconds.

Plug your modem back into the electrical outlet. Expect a 3-4 minute delay to allow your devices to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.

if it works well on a desktop its not your fizz modem
