    As @uzedia wrote, you can't talk to a representative, Fizz offers only online service, but you can chat by clicking on the green dot with the "?

    Can`t you find what you need in your account under Overview or My plans? For further help, contact support but you won`t be able to speak to anyone, just chat. But that works without any problems.
