Technician is not present

Hi,

I ordered an internet and requested technician today between 7:30 and12:00.But nobody is showing. What happened ?

    Hi, he may be a little late. Or he won't be able to come today because the previous installation was more complicated than expected. Unfortunately, you will have to reschedule another appointment in your account if he does not come.

    You must wait at least 24 hours for the "reschedule" button to be present. You will be able to choose the date/time slot that is as close as possible and that suits you best.
