Emergency Alert in Quebec

Does anyone know how to turn off the sound when there’s an emergency alert. It gets very loud and scares me.

1. Is there a way to make it less loud?
2. Is there a way to change the sound?

For my Android phone volume buttons do the trick. I can even turn off all the emergency alerts
