My credit card was blocked because of an unauthorised transaction
Hi there,
My credit card was blocked because of an unauthorised transaction. This was done yesterday and I should be receiving one in the next 7 to 10 business days. That being said, Fizz send me a noticed this morning saying that they need a payment for the 30th.
I have no other credit cards and I don't think they'll take e-Transfers. Is there a way to contact customer support to ask them NOT to cut my service until I get my new credit card?

Hi, unfortunately, it is not possible to delay the payment of a package, it is the system that applies Fizz's policy.
To pay for your Fizz plans, you can use:
- A Visa or Mastercard credit card
- A prepaid Visa or Mastercard
- A Debit Mastercard or Visa Debit card
Only one-off payments are accepted with Vanilla prepaid cards (a prepaid card with Mastercard or Visa, and ensure that the word Vanilla is indicated on the card)
You CANNOT use:
- American Express (Amex), Dinners and others credit cards
- A debit card
- A foreign credit/debit card
- Funds from your Fizz Wallet

If it's possible for you, maybe ask a family member or close friend to borrow the card for the next payment cycle.

Fizz does not accept e-Transfer. An option could be to e-Transfer a friend or family member and ask to borrow their credit card for one time use.
