Is there anyway to delay my suspension by 1 day. I get paid on November 25 and my payment is due November 24 or they suspend my internet. Please let me know. Thanks.
Hi, no unfortunately this is not possible because it is the system that applies the rules automatically. If a method of payment has not taken place, you must have received an email to inform you of this and you must follow the instructions received in this email.

Only one-off payments are accepted with Vanilla prepaid cards. But that's only the prepaid Vanilla card from Mastercard or Visa. You have to make sure that the word Vanilla is clearly indicated on the card.
