Hi there,

My mobile plan goes from 17-11-2022 to 16-12-2022 or so.

Flying to Europe begining of dec

Want to change plan to go lower data, when should I do that, to be all set for the next circle?

    you should change 4.5 days before the 16 therefore, before December 11 to be safe

    You can also do it today, the new plan will be active on the next payment cycle.


    Important: A freeze period is in effect 108 hours (4.5 days) before the end of your payment cycle, during which time no changes can be made to your plan.
