Hello. If I have a SIM card that I never used with a plan requested. This same SIM can be used to activate a new mobile plan with a new phone number?? Thanks in advance for the answer.

The Fizz's SIM card are reusable, if they are not associated with an active plan. Therefore, yes you can use to activate a new plan with a new number!

If you need a new SIM you can always buy at the Jean Coutu Pharmacy https://fizz.ca/en/jean-coutu, they have a promotion till the end of the month.

You pay a SIM for 15+TX you will get a gif card of 15$

A Fizz SIM card:

• has no expiry date or limited lifetime;
• can be activated at any time;
• can be reused if the initial plan with which it was associated has been cancelled.

If you are activating it in a new account, you can also apply a referral code in order to have 50$

As already mentioned, you can use this SIM card from Fizz.

I don't know how long you have it in hand though. Make sure it's the new -VoLTE SIM card with a red lightning bolt on it. You will be up to date with Fizz when it activates the VoLTE service. And Fizz is updating all of its subscribers currently.
