That's weird, I can see it in my account. Try to use a different browser, clean cash, cookies, etc.

This did not solve the issue and raised more concerns as I have way less options than you. This is the extensive list of all the options I have.

Can you try to use the browser on your iphone as desktop mode?
- Open Safari
- Go to the website you want to load
- Tap the aA icon
- Tap Request Desktop Site
But you already tried with the browser on your computer
