Advanced settings not showing up

After clicking on My Plans>Manage Plan, the Advanced Settings is not showing up. I need it to reset my voicemail pin.

    That's weird, I can see it in my account. Try to use a different browser, clean cash, cookies, etc.

    This did not solve the issue and raised more concerns as I have way less options than you. This is the extensive list of all the options I have.

    @Hi @JoPaille

    Can you try to use the browser on your iphone as desktop mode?

    1. Open Safari
    2. Go to the website you want to load
    3. Tap the aA icon
    4. Tap Request Desktop Site

    But you already tried with the browser on your computer
