Account with 2 phone numbers - Want to transfer one of the numbers to my son
I have an account with 2 phone numbers, and one of them have been used by my son
He is going to become 18 yrs old soon, so I want to transfer the phone number he has been using to a separate account under his name
Is that possible? He will be responsible for paying his own account.

Bad news, you cannot move a plan from a Fizz account to an other, this is a big limitation at the moment.
For sure you can transfer to an other phone providers, but I don't think that this is the best options.

The short answer, unfortunately, is no.
As much for a mobile plan as for an Internet plan, our systems do not allow the transfer from one account to another. It is also impossible to group several accounts together. These are features we are working on, but for now, it is impossible.
The only alternative is to unsubscribe from the plan in the account you want to leave and resubscribe to a new plan from the new account. And that is why we are working hard to address this situation as soon as possible.
