Do I have to use the phone I bought from fizz?
i bought a phone with fizz with a perk they gave me so it actually cost me 0$ — I don’t actually need a new phone right now since mine still works and I’m not picky, but do 100% intend on sticking with the fizz forever from here on out (already been 3 yrs with the fizz and 💯). I was going to keep it as a back up phone in case my or my husband breaks/stops working.
Do I HAVE to actually use this phone? Can someone else use it since I don’t need it now? Can I give it to someone else that isn’t with fizz as long as I stay with them for the next 24 months? These are all hypothetical questions.

As you mention, the only restriction when buying a discounted phone from Fizz is to stay with Fizz mobile for the next 24 months.
The phone itself is unlocked and can be used by anyone as you so wish.
